With more than 7 years of experience in strategic management, Dr. Ashwin specializes in navigating mergers and acquisitions, helping healthcare companies thrive by developing and implementing impactful strategic initiatives. Datin Chrishini is a highly skilled Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in implementing IFRS and MFRS standards and reviewing complex financial statements for multinational companies in Kuala Lumpur and London.

She plays a key role in business operations by establishing financial processes, managing cash flow, and setting up reporting structures during growth stages. Her efforts have guided companies from early growth to stability, ensuring well-defined financial KPIs and a solid organizational structure.
