Dato’ Dr. Kantha, Founder of Mudah Healthcare and HCASB, is an accomplished Consultant Neurosurgeon and the Head of Neurosurgery at Prince Court Medical Centre, Kuala Lumpur. He holds an MBBS from Kasturba Medical College, India, and completed his neurosurgery specialization in 2006. With extensive experience in spinal surgery, he has undertaken fellowships in Malaysia, Japan, and South Korea.
Dr. Kantha also serves as the President of the Neurosurgical Association of Malaysia, the ASEAN Neurological Society, and the Neurospine Association of Malaysia. Beyond his clinical practice, he is an honorary lecturer at the University of Science, Malaysia, and conducts annual spinal courses for postgraduate training. His leadership extends to the World Federation of Neurological Societies and the National Specialist Registry Malaysia.
With Dato's experience as the Head of Neurosurgery at Prince Court Medical Centre and leadership roles in organizations like the Neurosurgical Association of Malaysia and the ASEAN Neurological Society, Dato' is dedicated to ensuring that HCASB's services continue to meet the highest standards of care.

Dr. Thiruchelvan Balakrishnan
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Thiruchelvan, Chief Executive Officer of HCASB, is a dedicated leader with a strong background in both medicine and healthcare management. He earned his MBBS from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, India, and has since translated his clinical knowledge into effective leadership within the medical industry.
With a track record of managing the operations of over 30 clinics across Malaysia, Dr. Thiru has proven expertise in streamlining processes, enhancing patient care, and optimizing clinic performance. His strategic insight has been pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of medical services and the operational success of each clinic under his guidance.
In his role as CEO, Dr. Thiru is responsible for overseeing HCASB's day-to-day operations, focusing on maintaining high standards of service delivery and implementing strategies to drive growth. He is also deeply involved in managing the company’s financial risk, ensuring that HCASB remains financially stable while continuing to expand its reach and impact in the healthcare sector.

Dr. Ashwin Balasingam
Chief Corporate Officer
Dr. Ashwin, Chief Corporate Officer of HCASB is a proud graduate of Manipal University, Malacca who brings over 12 years of experience in the medical industry. Driven by a passion for the intersection of micro and macroeconomics within healthcare, he has worked with both individual healthcare providers and large corporate players.
With more than 7 years of experience in strategic management, Dr. Ashwin specializes in navigating mergers and acquisitions, helping healthcare companies thrive by developing and implementing impactful strategic initiatives. His expertise in both medicine and business allows him to drive meaningful growth and innovation within the healthcare sector.
Dr. Ashwin aims to build on HCASB's strengths in strategic management, especially in navigating mergers and acquisitions, to create new opportunities for collaboration and expansion. The focus will be on developing impactful initiatives that not only support the growth of HCASB but also contribute to the overall advancement of healthcare solutions.
Damien Yaw
Chief Finance Officer
Our Chief Finance Officer leads the Finance Department with expertise in budgeting, compliance, and financial planning ensuring HCASB’s financial stability and growth.
He plays a key role in business operations by establishing financial processes, managing cash flow, and setting up reporting structures during growth stages. His efforts have guided companies from early growth to stability, ensuring well-defined financial KPIs and a solid organizational structure.
In his role as CFO, Mr. Damien aims to position HCASB to take advantage of new opportunities and maintain stability as we grow. Our CFO's priority is to support HCASB’s vision of becoming a leader in medical reporting and healthcare solutions, ensuring that HCASB are well-equipped to navigate the challenges and opportunities.
